About This Course

Culturally Responsive Strategies will help you gain a better understanding of culture and how it may influence student behavior, communication, and attitudes toward teaching and learning. You will also increase your awareness of personal biases by engaging in critical personal reflection on your own cultural experiences, values, and assumptions. After completing this course, you will be able to identify ways in which personal bias can influence interactions with students and apply strategies and practices to support students with diverse backgrounds.
